Neighborhood Traffic Management Plan Committee

This committee is not currently functioning

The mission of the Neighborhood Traffic Management Committee is to provide assistance to MVCC residents and property owners seeking solutions to cut-thru traffic and safety problems on residential Collector and/or Local streets in their neighborhood. The NTM Committee will provide assistance with:

                i.  Traffic monitoring and volume studies.

                ii.  Problem identification, classification and prioritization.

                iii.  Organization of neighborhood NTM Planning Groups to work with LADOT to identify possible solutions.

Presentation of possible solutions to Impacted Areas property owners for selection of which to install
