MVCC Executive and Finance Committee meeting

Please note new time and place for this month's Executive and Finance Committee meeting.  It will meet at 10:00 am on May 2nd at the MVCC Booth at the Mar Vista Farmers Market.

 1. Introductions and Public Comment
2. Approval of Minutes from last month’s meeting
3. Treasurer’s Report
                a. Discussion of funds remaining for 09-10 fiscal year
                b. Discussion of Board approved moratorium on new allocations in light of any new information from the City Council, and possible motion to rescind moratorium.
                c. Additional items relating to MVCC budget
4. Committee Administrative Items (possible motions)
                a. Discussion of May 11th Installation of Board and Election of Officers  Meeting.
5.  Quarterly Newsletter
                a. Discussion of special edition for Candidate Forum, introduction of new Board, and any additional features.
6. Website business (possible motions)
                a.   Discussion of website and possible directions for future improvements
7. Old Business (possible motions)
                a. Discussion of Stakeholder Survey, and possible changes and additions to Survey with the intent to create a Stakeholder Survey as part of the MVCC website.
                b. Discussion and planning for Candidate Forum on June 1.
8. New Business (possible motions)
                a. Discussion of conflicting meeting times for MVCC committees, specifically the scheduling of the ROSE committee at the same time as the traditional meeting time of the T & I Committee.
